If your order arrives broken or defective
On the rare occasion that one of our products arrives in a defective condition – we will offer you a replacement or a refund.
Returns of opened, used products
Due to hygiene reasons amid the current pandemic, we cannot accept returns on used, working products.
Returns of unopened products
If you have changed your mind about your order and the product is in unopened, new condition – we can offer you a return and partial refund (we charge a 20% restocking fee to cover the shipping and packaging costs).
